What is Biztura?
Biztura is an all-in-one business management app that helps small businesses like studios, gyms, tuition centers, and coaching services manage schedules, staff, customers, attendance, and payments in one place.
How many modules does the app have?
The app has three modules:
• Owner Module for full studio management
• Trainer Module for class and student handling
• User Module for students to track progress, attendance, fees, and class details
What can studio owners do in the app?
Owners can manage trainers, users, attendance, fees, subscriptions, groups, classes, inquiries, payment schedules, invoices, and leads in one unified dashboard.
What can trainers manage in the app?
Trainers can manage the users assigned to them, track attendance, handle groups, plan classes, mark progress, and run day-to-day teaching activities smoothly.
What can users (students) see or do?
Users can view their daily progress, attendance, goals, fee dues, upcoming classes, group details, and notifications sent by the studio or trainers.
Does each module have separate login credentials?
Yes. Owners, trainers, and users each have independent login access with role-specific permissions.
How does attendance marking work?
The app supports two methods:
• QR Code Attendance: Users scan the studio’s QR code to mark entry.
• Manual Attendance: Trainers or owners can mark attendance for any class or group.
Can I manage multiple batches or groups?
Yes. The app offers a complete Group Management System where you can create, edit, assign trainers, add users, and manage schedules.
Does the app support class scheduling?
Absolutely. Owners and trainers can create one-time or recurring classes, assign groups, and send automatic reminders through the app.
Can I manage and track payments?
Yes. The app allows:
• Fee scheduling
• Payment reminders
• Due tracking
• Auto-generated invoices
• Complete fee history for every user
Can the app track expired or upcoming subscriptions?
Yes. The system automatically monitors subscription status and sends reminders for renewals.
Does the app support online payments?
No. As of now there is no online payment mode, but in future we implment it.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Owners can export user lists, attendance records, fee reports, and class schedules.
Is there a dashboard for studio insights?
Yes. The owner dashboard shows real-time stats for attendance, revenue, leads, active users, and class performance.
What if a user forgets their login?
They can reset the password using their registered mobile number or email.
Can users book or join classes through the app?
No. Users can only see their upcoming sessions.
Are invoices generated automatically?
Yes. Whenever a payment is recorded, the app generates a digital invoice that can be downloaded or shared.
Does the app offer a lead or inquiry management system?
Yes. Owners can record inquiries, assign follow-up tasks, track lead status, and convert leads into active users.
Can trainers add or update user progress?
Yes. Trainers can log performance, attendance notes, goals, and observe trends for each user.
Will users get reminders or notifications?
Yes. Users receive automatic notifications for:

Can a studio with multiple branches use the app?
Yes. You can manage multiple branches by assigning trainers, groups, and users under different studio sections.
Is customer data safe?

Do trainers or users need technical skills to use the app?
No. The interface is clean, simple, and built for everyday use by owners, trainers, and students.
Does the app support trainer attendance?
Yes. Owners can track trainer attendance and assign them to groups or classes based on availability.
Can I track leads from Instagram, website, or calls?
Yes. All types of inquiries can be saved in the lead management section with follow-up reminders.
Do users get fee receipts and payment history?
Yes. Users can see all past payments, receipts, and upcoming dues.
